Coffee Table

Yay! after months of looking, we finally have a coffee table! I have refused to pay exorbitant amounts of money for a new coffee table, or to settle for a tiny boring one. I constantly checked gumtree.com.au because that's where we found most of our furniture for great prices. We picked up our two blue couches for $50 each, and they are in great condition! We had been scouring sencond hand shops for coffee tables for weeks, and finally found one yesterday in a huge op-shop called Savers on Sydney rd in Brunswick, for the great price of $49.95! Unfortunately, the table wouldn't fit in our housemate's car, so my boyfriend had to carry it all the way home, wearing it like a shell on two trams during peak hour, then a 15 minute walk home. What a good one he is! It looks great in our house too, and now I have something to put my pretty flowers on. :)
